Salad chả lụa trộn cần tây đơn giản nhanh gọn, chỉ cần chưa đầy 15 phút chế biến bạn có thể hoàn tất món salad dinh dưỡng từ chả lụa béo dai, cần tây ngọt mát cùng cà chua, hành tây, ... và nước trộn chua chua, cay mặn.

Trong chén nhỏ, trộn đều nước cốt chanh với nước mắm, đường để làm nước trộn gỏi. Hành lá cắt khúc ngắn. Hành tây và cà chua cắt nhỏ múi câu. Xà lách búp Mỹ và cần tây cắt nhỏ vừa ăn.

Thái chả lụa thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Đun sôi nồi nước, cho chả lụa vào chần sơ 1-2 phút thì vớt ra để ráo.

Cho chả lụa vào tô, thêm vào xà lách, hành tây, cần tây, cà chua, thêm vào nước trộn đã pha, trộn đều. Sau đó tùy vào độ ăn cay của bạn mà thêm vào ớt khô xay, xóc đều lên là có thể dùng nhé!
